I had a horrible experience at this place, we had arrived at their place with my elderly mother, and some other family members, accompanied by our service animal. The manager Alberto, who one of the hosts named Valeria, said his name was, denied the access to our service animal because I did not have the original ID for it. Even though I provided a picture of it, I, my family and service animal were asked to leave. We have left this place with disappointment due to lack of knowledge of what a service animal and the consequences of not admitting one are. Lack of customer service completely.
