Healthier Vietnamese food? Does this mean stuffing "Vietnamese food" in burritos and charging $4 for sriracha and hoisin? Food was trash and not authentic. You got me once, but I won't be coming back.

The Citadel food hall has a nice little atmosphere and I have no complaints about the service at all. The girl who took my order was welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately there are only 2 pho options, chicken or beef. I ordered the beef pho, a thai tea, and some lemongrass chicken summer rolls. My order was ready in a timely fashion and everything was cutely assembled on this little tray so it was easy to carry to my table. Excellent presentation. Unfortunately however almost everything about my pho was... shockingly bland. From the meatballs to the strips of beef and most disappointingly the broth. There was just no flavor. The summer rolls were not that much better. My thai tea had good flavor but was littered with broken bottom-of-the-barrel boba pieces. Like I said the presentation was cute and service was great, but this was maybe the worst tasting pho I've ever had in my life.
My little cousin got a taro boba for 13 dollars and then she told them it wasn’t what she ordered and then they just gave her a Coca Cola for 13 dollars
