Came in for a quick bowl of pho before my flight back home. Left very full! Great portion sizes and great flavor and textures with the food. Definitely recommend stopping by here. Kevin did a great job and even brought me a cold towel since I was sweaty lol. Kevin is the MAN!

As I’m picking up my takeout order, the lady at the front desk in an unfriendly tone complains about the tip I left as I’m walking out the door Very unprofessional and very rude

I stopped coming here years ago because, although the food was always good, I consistently had unpleasant experiences with the staff. Eventually, I gave up and started driving farther to other Vietnamese restaurants instead. This morning, I woke up sick and wasn’t feeling well, and since this was the closest option to me, I decided to give it another try. I arrived about four minutes before opening and waited outside. It was hot, and because I wasn’t feeling well and was wearing long sleeves, I opened the door simply to ask if I could sit on the bench inside while they finished opening. I was not trying to rush anyone or expecting to be served early. The employee inside had AirPods in, looked directly at me, rolled her eyes, and went right back to what she was doing without even acknowledging me. When she realized I wasn’t leaving because I was trying to ask her a question, she finally said, “You can sit down,” but with such an unnecessary attitude that I told her I didn’t appreciate the way she treated me and left. It’s disappointing because this is exactly why I stopped coming here in the first place. Years later, the food may still be good, but the customer service clearly has not changed. Management really needs to address the attitude of the staff. Customers should not feel like they’re bothering employees simply by walking through the door, especially at a business where the staff also relies on customers for tips. I would rather drive farther and spend my money somewhere I’m treated with basic courtesy.
