I honestly am starting to actually dislike this establishment. And loved it for a while. First time they charged four dollars for guac in my burrito ( which is totally fine ) but there wasn’t any?? So I got to wait for my uber eats just for it to suck? Yeah ew no. Gave them a second chance today, good news is that there was guac, bad news there were beans. Absolutely cannot stand a bean. Idk if the people in the kitchen cannot simply read a ticket, or if they’re rushing due to being understaffed, but they’re about to be under as a business as a whole if they can’t provide the bare minimum to their loyal customers. It’s really not that hard to read man. Just so irritating.

I ordered today the same exact thing I always order with them a chicken bowl cilantro rice black beans no sour cream no cheese. It was a buy 1 get 1 free special as it is any other time I ordered thru Uber Eats. This time they screwed up my order and sent me both ordered entirely covered in cheese and sour cream. I contacted the restaurant directly and the lady has told me they will process a refund. About an hour later I received a message from Uber Eats representative saying this order isn’t eligible for refund. I ordered at least 4 times a week from you and always the same thing. Today was my last time giving you business after how you lied to me and did not even try to make this right. Instead of lying to me you could have made new order and sent it to me instead you lied. I was left hungry and lost money. Shame on you and your staff! I know I’am a small fish in a sea and you could care less but I know karma is real and it works mysterious ways.
