9/23 lunchtime came here for 1st time ever and was absolutely delighted. The restaurant is clean- both the main floor and the washroom. Plenty of spacious seating, welcoming and professional server and other staff, and good quality / quantity food. Really good Pho. Was waiting for a friend when arrived and reading a library book -- which I then left! As I was putting on my seatbelt in my vehicle one of the staff ran out and brought me the book. Plenty of parking. Definitely would return as the experience from start to end was remarkable.
