New Hong Kong Restaurant

I have no problem with the food the food is good here for the things I order I've had two issues that will both new Hong Kong's fault and all I got was hung up on they did not want to hear it one time they put on my order somebody else's food and charged me for it and refused to give me any credit another time I ordered something one way and when they called back they say I wasn't explicit enough and they didn't give me any credit I never wanted any money anytime back I just wanted to credit cuz I liked order from there it was easy but I will never order from them again one time we had a difference of opinion even two times especially when they charge me $80 more than I should have paid because they put on somebody else's order on my bill not acceptable I spoke to the manager told her I like the food but I would like a credit hung up on me that's not customer service
