We stopped at Mi Hogar in Norfolk and are definitely glad we did! I’m one of those people who orders chimichangas at pretty much every Mexican restaurant I visit. I know that sounds boring, but it also gives me a pretty good measuring stick for which places get it right…and Mi Hogar passed the test. I went with the chimichangas and my wife and son ordered and shared the Fajitas. Everything was delicious and perfectly cooked. Even the rice and beans, which can sometimes feel like an afterthought, were really good. Great food, generous portions, and a place we’ll absolutely be visiting again. If you’re looking for a good Mexican restaurant in Norfolk, Mi Hogar is worth a stop.
