La Cachette du Coin — An Unforgettable Taste of Haiti! 🇭🇹 This place is an absolute gem! I traveled from Long Island through 1.5 hours of traffic, and trust me, it was worth every minute. I brought my boyfriend to experience Haitian cuisine for the first time, and La Cachette du Coin delivered an incredible culinary experience. Everything was beautifully presented, upscale, authentic, and bursting with perfectly balanced flavors. The crab cakes were honestly the best I’ve ever had, and the Accra was an amazing explosion of flavor. And the Cremas! Oh, my goodness! Rich, creamy, smooth, and beautifully balanced, it was an explosion of flavor in every sip. The kind of drink that makes you instinctively close your eyes just to savor the moment. Each sip was an experience of its own, with layers of flavor that lingered on your palate and left you wanting more. More than just a drink, it was a taste of Haitian culture served in a glass. Absolutely unforgettable and a must-try! For entrees, we enjoyed the Assiette Populaire, Le Suprenant Poisson, Djon Djon Black Rice, fried plantains, and Strip Steak De Bœuf Grillé. Every dish was exceptional, and the Pâté Patat sweet potato pudding was the perfect ending. A special merci beaucoup to the owner/chef for the incredible food and for taking the time to speak with us. Huge thanks to Cola, the manager, for staying in touch, helping me navigate parking, and making sure our experience was seamless despite my late arrival. The entire staff deserves recognition for their hospitality. Whether you’re Haitian or simply want to explore Haitian culture through food, this restaurant is a must-visit! Such a heartwarming, beautiful restaurant. Loved it. The atmosphere is totally on point, so elegant and so calming. The food is delicious, so tasty and filling. I was so full, had no room for dessert. The decor is filled with Haitian art. It's a beautiful restaurant, I totally endorse this establishment. The attendants are extremely professional, the maitre de was extremely helpful and made sure our dining needs were met. Although parking is a challenge, but you must visit this restaurant.

Food was great and the service was above and beyond. My wife and I and our daughter were celebrating, and the owner was more than accommodating. Our first time there but we will absolutely return. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place!
