My barber would not stop talkin about this little Haitian spot so I finally rolled thru and the griot was crispy juicy pork chunks with a tangy pikliz that had a nice fiery kick the diri ak pa was fluffy and savory with tender beans the fried plantains were sweet and caramelized and the bouillon was a hearty stew with beef and malanga the staff was super freindly and kept the pikliz and cold water coming without me askin. I been tellin all my freinds about this gem and im definately comin back for the legume and pen patat next time.
