Kase Cuisine – A Taste of Haiti 🇭🇹🔥 Amazing Food, But That Juice Price Is Criminal! 😂 As a chef and someone who appreciates authentic Haitian cuisine, I have to give Kase Cuisine their flowers! The food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the fried turkey, and let me tell you, it was cooked to perfection! But what really took it over the top were those spicy onions! 🔥 The flavor was incredible, and I honestly wish every Haitian restaurant served their fried meats this way. Now, let’s talk about that pikliz! OUT OF THIS WORLD! The perfect combination of heat, acidity, and crunch. The diri djon djon (black mushroom rice) was amazing, and the sauce that came with the rice was just as impressive. Everything complemented each other beautifully. The customer service deserves recognition too. The lady working the register was extremely sweet, welcoming, and pleasant. That kind of hospitality makes a difference! Now here’s where Kase Cuisine almost lost me… THE PASSION FRUIT JUICE! 😭💀 Don’t get me wrong, the juice was good. But $10.60 for 8 ounces?! That’s $1.33 an ounce, or $21.20 for 16 ounces! At that price, that juice better cure heartbreak, lower my bills, repair my credit, and add five years to my life! 😂😂 That’s highway robbery with a passion fruit twist! Final Verdict: Kase Cuisine is definitely doing something right in that kitchen! Authentic flavors, delicious food, and great hospitality. I would absolutely return for the fried turkey, spicy onions, pikliz, and djon djon rice. But next time, I might have to bring my own water! 😂 Chef Harvey Approved! 👨🏾‍🍳🔥🇭🇹

Good food , great service and atmosphere however they need to update the menu with correct pricing

Food and atmosphere was great . Staff were very friendly. Parking is free but very small cramped. But would go back again.
