Extremely Disappointing Experience – Rude and Disrespectful Staff! I sincerely hope this review reaches the owner of this restaurant. We were visiting the area today and decided to stop by for some tea, with plans to have lunch afterward. Unfortunately, the behavior of the staff was absolutely unacceptable. When I handed my card to the person at the counter, he rudely raised his voice and told me they don’t accept cards for just tea and demanded cash instead. When I politely explained that I only wanted a cup of tea, another staff member came over and shouted, “No, no! Don’t give him tea! No money, no tea!” Seriously? Is this how you treat your customers? I completely understand having a minimum card payment policy, but there is a respectful way to communicate that. Nobody deserves to be shouted at or humiliated over a cup of tea. For a restaurant that has been operating in this neighborhood for so many years, I expected much better. A good reputation means nothing if your staff cannot show basic manners and respect toward customers. We came with the intention of having lunch, but after this humiliating experience, we decided not to spend another dollar here.

Their chicken kababs and Kababs in general are overly spicy and hot. Malai Chicken was too salty and rabry dessert was too sweet. I wasted my money. Once I bought lamb shank and it had too much garam masala making it too hot even for a desi. Their manchurian chicken was had too much oil. The only thing that is ok is their chicken samosa.
