Hi J H, we’re sorry you were disappointed with your visit. To clarify our na’ameh knafeh dough is made with flour, not farina or semolina. Its texture differs from shredded-dough knafeh, which may explain why it wasn’t what you expected. We also take your comments about the baklava seriously.
