Jamaica House Restaurant

I am actually very disappointed in Jamaica House today. I'm normally very pleased with my food and service. I ordered a large oxtail today with extra gravy online. When I get there, I check my food and tell the young lady at the counter that I asked for extra gravy. She said it would be .50 for extra gravy and the extra gravy I selected was the free gravy. On my receipt it clearly showed where I was charged an additional .50. Im opening my container to show her and she's like the extra gravy is normally on the side as she goes to inspect the sides of my food for extra gravy. It was a super weird experience. She literally searched my food for gravy. The food isn't seasoned as well today either. Im really disappointed as I have someone coming in from out of town and was picking up food for us. The food is bland. Update: I tried Jamaica House again today. I will definitely not be back. When did they start serving food in a paper box. We pay money for our food to get it mashed up in a paper box

My daughter ordered two plates of Oxtails and instead of meat it was all fat. PEOPLE DON'T WASTE UR $ AT THIS PLACE
