We ordered $328 worth of food for a doctor’s birthday celebration in our office today, and unfortunately, the experience was completely unacceptable. When the delivery arrived, we were missing three butter chickens and a pilau rice. When I called to calmly inform them, the man on the phone was immediately aggressive, yelling and accusing me of lying, insisting the items were in the bags. After I explained multiple times that we had already distributed the food and the items were genuinely missing, he agreed to drop them off himself. When he arrived, he refused to hand the food to my coworker, demanding to see me. When I came to the lobby, he continued to argue, demanded to inspect our initial delivery bags, and treated me with complete disrespect in front of our patients—forcing me to ask him to leave twice. Not only did they mess up a large order, but management handled the mistake with extreme hostility. Spending nearly $400 should at least guarantee basic customer service and human decency. Save your money and order elsewhere.
