Stopped by on a whim. Just moved to area and hesitant to try indian in the states after living in London for years. Service was super friendly and tadka daal was on par with london’s best. Will be back (probably tomorrow)!
⭐ Extremely Poor Service – Pawan and Roshan Pawan provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. He was extremely rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. When I tried to explain an issue with an Uber Eats order, he refused to help and spoke to me in an unacceptable manner. When I returned again, he took out his phone and appeared to try to intimidate me. Roshan was also involved in this unpleasant experience. I even lost $22 out of my own pocket because of the order issue. Management seriously needs to investigate Pawan’s and Roshan’s behavior and take appropriate action. Absolutely disappointing experience! Play bad service, Roshan, and Pawan
