Empanada’s Factory Latin Fusion

We stopped today for an early dinner with my girl, and the food was amazing, but the service was above and beyond. Our waiter, Angel, was very attentive and helpful and made the experience even better; I believe that is his name, going by the name on the receipt because I completely forgot to ask—that’s my bad. Everything tasted fresh and plentiful, but the tostones rellenos de picadillo—OMG, that meat was so freaking flavorful!

We’ve now been here twice and I have to say I have yet to be disappointed without food or service. The first visit we had strong Cuban coffee and chicken soup with a shared Empanadas Colombianas appetizer and dan everything was delicious and authentic. Our server was as polite and attentive and she explained our menu questions well. The next visit we had more soup (beef this time) and a Cubano sandwich and more of the empanadas appetizers. Again everything was delicious and served quickly. The restaurant itself is clean and modern looking if a little utilitarian but has a fun staff and the televisions were all tuned to World Cup games which was fun. Definitely worth a visit if you are looking for a good empanada or just some good Latin fusion cooking! We will be back!
