Dumpling Panda - Fort Lauderdale

Horrible since the financial issues. Went there twice a week in Fort Lauderdale. Next everything is Out of Stock or not accepting orders. Phone doesn’t work. Happy they are back open and everything w/o beef is available. Ordered and arrived 25 min later and they hadn’t seen the order on the machine so they started the order. Waited 25 min. I hate cilantro and wanted it spicy. Order ready, rushed back to work and not spicy and full of cilantro. Went in the trash. Miramar closed, FLL should be next. Never again. They had great potential but they flushed it down the toilet. $30 lesson learned!

The food was delicious once we got our order. We ordered at the takeout kiosk. The people who came after us were delivered their food at the same time as us as we just stood around in the dining room waiting. However, the worker gave our food to them and their food to us. I noticed the error before we left and brought the food back to the worker. The other couple left. The workers fix for the situation was to call the other couple multiple times to bring our food back to us. You don’t do this! Once food is in another customers hands you don’t give it to another customer! After taking five minutes on this wrong correction she finally decided she would remake our order which took another 20 minutes. Just getting my lunch took more than my entire lunch hour. I understand mistakes happen. That is not why I’m giving them 1 star. It was that the fix for the mistake was gross and time consuming. I will likely go back bc the food was that good, but I will be watching intently to make sure my food is only handled by employees.
