Aww! Thank you Marissa!!! We love hearing this!
Today I spoke with the Supervisor, and she was so pleasant. She apologized for my unexpected experience with one of the staff members and explained that she addressed the situation and provided guidance. I truly appreciated how kind and understanding she was. She has such a sweet heart and a way of putting a smile on anyone’s face. ❤️ Thank you for listening, caring, and making things right!
