CONDESA / Bar & Cocina Mexicana

I have been to condesa a couple of times now, and it’s a great place! I am very impressed by the food and flavors. The atmosphere is gorgeous. The first time I went to dinner here downstairs, service was very slow. It was great, and he was very kind, but the time between drinks, apps, entrees, paying the bill, etc. - felt like I was abroad (IYKYK). It was similar the 2nd time when I was seated upstairs. The berry mula cocktail is delicious and the food is incredibly fresh and yummy. I highly recommend any of the taco options! It’s definitely upscale Mexican and worth the cost. I wish there were more vegetarian options. You have to ask for vegetarian options. It would be helpful if they listed dietary restrictions on the menu. A simple “GF” for gluten free or “V” for vegetarian is an easy addition to a menu that goes a long way. I will definitely be back! The tacos, queso, and the free salsa are worth it alone!

Great food and drinks. Beautiful new building. Awesome service by our waiter named Diego. Plenty of parking and very safe neighborhood. This will become one our regular favorite restaurants! 🤗👏🥳
