Casa Del Barco - Canal Walk

Had an absolutely amazing evening with my younger cousin. Our waitress was Alondra and was perfect! Loved her service, her energy, and her attentiveness. And she’s cute!

Service was slow. Tacos came out soggy. Maybe if we had a different server it would have been different. Will try again before I give up. Sometimes that happens.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ALONDRA DESERVES HER OWN HOLIDAY. I genuinely cannot express how incredible our experience was because of Alondra. If I could give her 100 stars, I would give her 101 just to make sure she knew she was THAT girl. From the moment she started serving us, she was absolutely phenomenal. Her attitude, attentiveness, kindness, and overall energy were unmatched. She made sure we had everything we needed before we even had the chance to ask, and somehow managed to make us feel like we were the most important people in the entire restaurant. Alondra is the kind of waitress who reminds you that exceptional customer service is STILL ALIVE AND WELL. She didn't just take our order; she created an entire EXPERIENCE. The food could have been served on a golden platter by a choir of angels, and I would STILL be talking about Alondra because SHE was the highlight. Her personality deserves its own five-star review, her customer service deserves a standing ovation, and her management team deserves to know that they have an absolute GEM working for them. I sincerely hope Alondra knows how amazing she is at her job because people like her make customers want to come back again and again. Give this woman a raise, a bonus, a paid vacation, and whatever else she wants because I REFUSE to believe excellence like this should go unrewarded. ALONDRA, YOU ARE THAT GIRL. THE STANDARD. THE BLUEPRINT. THE REASON WE WILL BE COMING BACK. If management is reading this, protect her at all costs. We need more people like her in this world. THANK YOU, ALONDRA, FOR MAKING OUR EXPERIENCE ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE!!!
