i accidentally ordered to pickup at the wrong location. the entire staff was was very kind and understanding, helping me cancel my order and suggesting and explaining menu similar items i might like. amazing customer service! the inside is also so cute, with small local items and flower bouquets available for purchase. 100% recommend the hot chocolate! thank you
