Came here for my friend’s birthday and the vibe and service were great! Our server was super sweet and really made the night feel special. The sumac potatoes were amazing, but the scallops were honestly a letdown. For the price, the presentation looked kind of messy and the flavor just wasn't there. I paid over $40 for 2 dishes and I didn't feel the quality of the food justified the cost.

BYBLOS is Delightful From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly warm, welcoming, and friendly. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a wonderful atmosphere, and they also have a lovely outdoor lounge area that is perfect for relaxing with a drink. I tried the lebneh, and it was full of flavor and the perfect texture The bread they serve is freshly made by a local bakery and you can really taste the difference. For me showstopper for me was the chocolate mousse . I can honestly say it was balanced had the perfect mouth feel and wasn't heavy. If you love espresso, like I do , make the trip just for the coffee. BYBLOS has its own special house blend, and their espresso drinks are smooth with a finish of coco flavor .I could drink this daily !! I tried the labnah and it was perfect.. The bread they serve is freshly made by a local bakery and you can really taste the difference. The real showstopper for me was the chocolate mousse I can honestly say it was the best chocolate I have ever had in my life!Anna was our server she made awesome suggestions ,she was fun and attentive! I highly recommend Byblos.I can't wait to come back! ps the smear of chocolate . on the desert plate was from my fiance not wanting to try the chocolate before the photo. The presebtion was better before 💖

Valerie was wonderful! And food is amazing! The Kafta and Salads are so good!
