Come here once a month for the last 10 years. Recommend it to everyone. However, today's visit was hugely disappointing. The girl taking the order had a really bad attitude. Had to ask for the chips and salsa and the tortillas 5 minutes after the fajitas were put on our table. "Relax" said the girl taking the order when I asked for the tortillas, so rude! What a difference poor staff can make to a customer's experience. The food was still really good, however, prices have increased significantly and the poor customer experience will not have us rushing back.

**Ok food, but absolutely unacceptable customer service.** I ordered through Uber Eats for pickup and arrived smiling, polite, and simply expecting to collect food I had already paid for. Instead, the older woman at the front treated me like I was trying to steal someone else's order. I understand verifying orders is policy, and I had no issue with that. I even went back to my car to retrieve my phone. Yet, after showing her my order directly in my Uber Eats app, under MY name, I still had to repeatedly explain and prove that the food belonged to me. The food wasn't even displayed where someone could read names and pretend an order was theirs. Her continued suspicion was completely unnecessary. What bothers me is the double standard. If I had walked in, looked at an employee I perceived to be Mexican, questioned whether they belonged in this country, demanded to see a green card, or told them to go back to their country based on assumptions, people would rightfully call that profiling and discrimination. **So why is it acceptable to make another person feel like a criminal based on your own assumptions?** You cannot demand dignity and respect while failing to extend those same courtesies to others. To make matters worse, they didn't have the pineapple drink I paid for. Instead of asking what replacement I wanted or offering a refund, she simply told me she was giving me a soda. That's not how you treat paying customers. I was born and raised in Orlando, and I refuse to feel unwelcome or disrespected in my own hometown, especially when I've done nothing wrong. **The food was ok except the shrimp that they put on my Chimichanga wasn’t fresh, but ok food doesn't excuse poor treatment. I won't be returning. Respect goes both ways.**

We’ve probably had the best Mexican food in the States so far. Everything was freshly prepared and absolutely delicious. The service was very attentive and incredibly friendly. We can highly recommend it.
