Terrible service, their snacks are decent but people are constantly pushing and skipping each other in the line. Their bathroom is disgusting. Water and tissue everywhere with dead roaches in the corner. Would not come back again.

Does Aladin’s chef have high blood sugar or hypertension? Very disappointing experience with Aladin. The food was extremely bland and noticeably under-salted. The curry and biryani were so lacking in salt that it genuinely felt like the kitchen had forgotten to season the food altogether. I’m not sure how the owner or management is allowing this to continue. Customers are paying full price for their meals, and we expect the food to be properly prepared and seasoned. Please take customer feedback seriously and pay closer attention to the quality and consistency of your food. This is not something customers should have to complain about repeatedly.

Really disappointing experience. I ordered a chicken biryani for takeout and had to wait a long time — at one point it seemed they had forgotten about my order entirely. The biryani itself was very greasy, and most of the chicken consisted of small bony pieces with hardly any meat on them. That basically left me with the rice, which unfortunately had a strange taste and I didn’t enjoy either. The place also felt quite dirty and run-down, and unlike some busy restaurants where the staff make up for the wait by being welcoming, I didn’t find the service particularly friendly. Long wait, poor food and an unpleasant overall experience. I wouldn’t return.
