There’s a guy behind the bar with terrible service and food has gone downhill. There was more fat than beef in my food and the little pieces of beef I could eat were tough. I walked in and wasn’t acknowledged even though I was seen. The black server at the bar ignored me so I walked to the back and began to place an order with the woman at the counter. She told me to order at the bar. I tried to get the guys attention but he was making googly eyes with a woman and pouring her drink. I waited until he was finished and said excuse me. He ignored me the first two times and the third time he turned to me and said “what” with a blank stare. I gave my order and the entire time his demeanor was cold but I noticed he was more lively with the ppl he was entertaining at the bar. The service speaks for the establishment just the same. I doubt anything will change I’m just leaving this review to let people know the food is subpar and the service sucks. I’m glad I get the chance to let go of this place and find somewhere better where the staff won’t be disrespectful and the food is actually good. I wish people with poor customer service skills would stop working jobs that require customer service if they’re going to pick and choose who to be rude to. I thank god I’m not that miserable.
